Right-click menu and rating from the window

  • AddedA «PrivateSEO» item in the right-click menu on any page: highlight H1–H6 headings, image alt text, external and nofollow/noindex links, turn JavaScript and CSS off or on, and check whether the page is in the Google index — without opening the extension window.
  • AddedRight-click a link to open its Web Archive copies. In the Russian interface: on selected text — Yandex Wordstat frequency in four match types and Google results in the chosen city.
  • AddedRate the extension and send feedback right from the window: the stars in the bottom strip or «Rate the extension» in Settings. We read every message.

Address-bar search removed

  • ImprovedIn the Russian interface: removed the address-bar search triggered by the Russian word for “Google” — it also fired on everyday queries. Google results by city stay available via the «Region» button on Google and in the SERP tab.

Google results by city and the Yandex validator

Eight interface languages and AI in the language of the page

  • AddedThe interface is available in eight languages: Spanish, Brazilian and European Portuguese, Turkish, Indonesian and German join Russian and English. It follows your browser language — there is nothing to switch.
  • ImprovedAI features answer in the language of the page you audit: the language is taken from the page markup, or from the text itself when the markup is missing or wrong.
  • ImprovedWord statistics count words with diacritics and the Turkish «İ» correctly and filter stop words by the page language, so meaningful words no longer drop out.
  • ImprovedAI error messages, check times and numbers are shown in the language and format of your interface.
  • ImprovedSpelling and uniqueness checks open in your language with the page address already filled in.
  • FixedMeta tags for Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Thai pages are generated without errors; the domain in the snippet preview is no longer distorted by Turkish case rules; the PDF report names the AI plan button correctly.

Highlight paid ads in search results

  • AddedPaid ads in search results are highlighted in color so they are easier to distinguish from organic listings. The extension does not block ads or change the order of results.
  • AddedOne setting covers supported search engines: highlighting is on by default and a previous opt-out is preserved. The search engine is detected from the open page, not from your interface language or country.
  • AddedFour colors (amber, blue, violet, green), three styles (outline with background, outline only, background only) and corner rounding of 0, 8 or 16 pixels; shades adapt to the search page’s light or dark theme.
  • AddedThe gear at the top opens Settings: extension theme (system, light, dark), ad highlighting with light and dark previews, and What’s New.
  • AddedA release announcement appears once after an update and links to this page; it can be reopened in Settings. Everything is available in Russian and English.
  • ImprovedVerified text ads and sponsored product and service cards in regular web search are highlighted; highlighting updates as results and carousels load and runs locally without sending search queries.
  • FixedFixed a conflict with an older highlight stylesheet that could leave an orange outline after choosing a different color; the help page opens without content security policy errors.

How to customize it

Open the extension → select the gear to the right of the tabs → choose a color, style and corner rounding. Changes are saved immediately. Uncheck “Highlight paid search ads” to turn it off. If an open search page still shows an old style after an update, reload the page.

Coverage and privacy

A result is highlighted only when a combination of advertising signals is found in the search page’s markup. New or unverified formats may remain unhighlighted, so an absence of color does not prove a result is organic. Dedicated Images, Maps, Shopping and AI search modes are outside the stated coverage. Highlighting runs locally in your browser and does not send search queries to our server.
